References (faceclaims, outfit designs, etc.) must be provided to Seller.Pay up front for orders $30 or below.There is an option for half of payment initially, and the second half provided after approved sketch for orders above $30.Product will be delivered digitally unless otherwise specified (for traditional art commissions).Full size of product without watermark will be provided digitally when finalized.Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.Customer has right to revisions throughout the process, though major edits will impart additional charges. (2-3 only)Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change, size/format change) (3-5 at most)Accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp.Must be paid in USD.Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for a month or longer, or when work has not been completed within three months.Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
